Nicole R. Snapp-Holloway Background
Nicole uses her writing talents to coordinate the firm’s appellate work, general research, and brief writing. As a core member of the nursing home team, she is always looking for changes and trends in the long-term care industry. She is passionate about advocating for individuals and their families who have been affected by negligence in long-term care facilities. Nicole’s work has shaped Oklahoma law. She was part of the team that successfully battled the nursing home defendants’ fight on forced arbitration all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
Nicole often works as a mentor for law students and judges mock trial competitions. She is quick to help a young colleague with a research problem or guide them through new litigation techniques.
Nicole and her husband Carl love to travel, always looking for new ideas for her cooking passion. At home, they have several cats and dogs that keep them busy.
