Jacob D. Diesselhorst Background
Jacob is passionate about representing the victims and survivors of catastrophic injury and wrongful death in Oklahoma. As one of the most respected and highly-regarded trial attorneys in Oklahoma, Jacob makes a point to develop a close relationship with each client built on trust, respect, and mutual admiration.
Jacob was born in Peoria, Illinois. He and his brothers were All-State Basketball players at Fairview during their time at the school and led their teams to multiple state tournaments and individual awards.
Jacob is married to Tressa Diesselhorst, his college sweetheart from OSU. They have three children, who are the pride and joy of Jacob’s life.
Jacob is also a huge sports fan and a proud supporter of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Oklahoma City Energy, OSU and OU Athletics. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and traveling.

Education
Jacob graduated in the top 5 of his class from Fairview High School in rural Northwest Oklahoma in 1994. From Fairview, Jacob continued his education at Oklahoma State University where he was a pre-law major. He graduated with honors with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business in May 1999. Then he pursued his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College Law and graduated with honors in 2002.
