Cody Roberson

Cody Roberson Background

Cody grew up in Southern Kansas and Northwest Oklahoma. His rural upbringing helped him develop a strong character that values honesty and integrity. Coupled with an unparalleled work ethic and appreciation for a job well done, Cody offers his clients the highest standards of legal representation.

Cody started his legal career as a defense attorney for medical professionals. This invaluable experience allows Cody to see both sides of the case clearly and transfer that knowledge to the team. Cody’s true passion is helping hard-working individuals who are helpless against the corporations and insurance companies that appear to be more concerned about their profit than people. In 2016, Cody brought his vast litigation experience to the team at Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst. As a pivotal member of our nursing home team, Cody has been a key component to our being able to recover for our clients more than 6 figures in over 15 cases and numerous seven figure recoveries, resulting in over 20 million dollars in recovery.

In addition to being a strong team player on the nursing home team, he also works on medical malpractice cases including birth injury cases.  In those practice areas his collaboration has added value to each case he has been the associate working the case.  Recent cases have resulted in over four million dollars in recovery for our clients.

When he’s not working, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team and watching his daughter’s dance recitals
