Cody Roberson
Cody Roberson Background
Cody grew up in Southern Kansas and Northwest Oklahoma. His rural upbringing helped him develop a strong character that values honesty and integrity. Coupled with an unparalleled work ethic and appreciation for a job well done, Cody offers his clients the highest standards of legal representation.
Cody started his legal career as a defense attorney for medical professionals. This invaluable experience allows Cody to see both sides of the case clearly and transfer that knowledge to the team. Cody’s true passion is helping hard-working individuals who are helpless against the corporations and insurance companies that appear to be more concerned about their profit than people. In 2016, Cody brought his vast litigation experience to the team at Maples, Nix & Diesselhorst. He handles cases involving nursing home negligence and abuse or medical malpractice.
When he’s not working, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He loves coaching his son’s baseball team and watching his daughter’s dance recitals.

After graduating from Woodward High School, Cody received his B.A. in Criminal Justice at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He continued his education at Oklahoma City University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2005.
